KTVB says one of its News trucks burst into flames while an engineer was driving it up to the Boise, Idaho NBC affiliate’s transmitter. No one was hurt in the fire.

The station reports, the engineer was headed up to the transmitter to check on a fire alarm and noticed the SUV was smoking. “It burst into flames as he was looking for a spot to pull over, [the engineer] said.”

The employee was able to get the vehicle to the side of the road and get out safely. He called 911 just after 11 a.m.
