Here’s a Chilly Reminder to Storm Reporters. Be Careful Out There

By Kevin Eck

Philadelphia Fox-owned station WTXF is our Throwback Thursday SnowStorm Edition with a chilling reminder about what happened the last time a big snow happened out here on the East Coast.

Reporter Steve Keeley was doing a live shot on the side of the road in March 2014 when a plow went by and buried him.

With forecasters predicting a Blizzard will dump between 12 and 18 inches of snow on parts of the Philadelphia area over the weekend, WTXF is using Keeley’s chilly live shot for promotional purposes. TVSpy sees it as a chilly cautionary tale. Let’s all be careful out there.
