TVSpy recently saw two promo examples that we thought might inspire some poor promo producer searching for an idea to pitch. Here’s one from the past and one from the present.
Paul Greeley over at TVNewsCheck found the one below from the Charleston, N.C. ABC affiliate featuring a King Kong impersonator, an unfortunate town and a WSOC camera guy.

While you’re digesting that, here’s a cute idea from Burlington, Vt. where the age old question of “So, where’s my promo” is addressed by the local Fox affiliate WFFF.
