Honolulu Fox affiliate KHON debuted a new look and HD newscasts this week, Newscast Studio reports.
The new look includes a new set and an upgrade to the infrastructure of the station. It also includes a new logo and animated graphics package. The entire project took about seven months.
“We wanted to have an on-air design that truly reflected the professional hardworking journalists in our newsroom and our commitment to the local community,” KHON general manager Kristina Lockwood said. “We wanted to share our multi-platform approach and make our viewers feel really connected to our team.”
