Hartford, Ct. meteorologist Dan Amarante says he’s not sure when he’ll be back on air after taking a foul ball to the face last week.
Amarante, who works at Fox affiliate WTIC, told viewers he broke his nose and got a “pretty nasty gash” above his left eye along with a minor concussion while playing baseball.
“While the past week has been very rough,” Amarante told viewers on his Facebook page. “I’ve had a bunch of my friends and family to thank for making it easier on me (especially my wife who utilized her nursing expertise to get me healthy again).”
