Guamay Martell has been hired by Telemundo 31 in Orlando, Fla. as a multimedia journalist.

“We are happy to have Guamay join our dynamic and award-winning reporters’ team,” said Miguelangel Lopez, vice president of news for Telemundo 31. “We trust that her passion for journalism and commitment to the viewers will have a positive impact on our audiences and the Telemundo 31 news family.”

Martell is a recent graduate of the University of Florida. While there, she worked as a reporter, anchor and producer for the college newscasts, WUFT News and Noticias WUFT.
