Curtis Miles has been named general manager of Gray owned Kansas City CBS affiliate KCTV.
He’s been the gm at WAOW in Wausau, Wis., for the last five years. The station group said in a press release that Miles has an extensive background in news, marketing, research, and sales.
Before joining WAOW, Miles spent 13 years with the ABC owned station group where he led creative services and local programming at WLS in Chicago and at WTVD in Raleigh, N.C. He’s also worked at Frank N. Magid Associates.
