Good Day New York Bests Network Morning Shows in 2014

GDNY logoGood Day New York is the little morning show that could among adults 18-49, according to recent ratings info.

GDNY is hosted by Greg Kelly and Rosanna Scotto and airs from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. on New York FOX owned station WNYW. So far in 2014, the show is #1 among adults 18-49 with a 1.035 rating, beating out NBC’s Today Show (.917) and ABC’s Good Morning America (.825).

For November, the show came from a third place finish in 2013 with a .945 rating behind GMA (1.407) and Today (1.148), to beat both network shows with a 1.026 in Adults 18-49. GMA had a .979 rating, while Today had a .975.

Byron Harmon, WNYW news director told TVSpy, in a video interview that will air early in January, “That’s been a tremendous boost to the morale. But I also think it’s validation of the hard work of the team we put together and, of course, the amazing chemistry that Greg and Rosanna have.”
