‘GMA’ Weekend Anchor Snow Leaving for NBC’s ‘Dateline’

ABC’s “Good Morning America” weekend edition co-anchor Kate Snow is leaving the network to join NBC’s “Dateline,” TVNewser has learned.

Snow had been with the network since 2003, when she came on as the “GMA” White House correspondent. She has been a weekend co-anchor since the weekend editions launched in 2004. She also regularly contributed to “World News” and “Nightline.” Before ABC, Snow was a correspondent for CNN.

Snow was likely a contender for Chris Cuomo‘s news anchor position on the weekday “GMA” when he left for “20/20,” though that job went to Juju Chang. More…
