Former WUSA news director Fred D’Ambrosi has been named news director at WOIO in Cleveland, Ohio.
D’Ambrosi takes the place of Dan Salamone who left the Raycom-owned Cleveland CBS affiliate in January.
He resigned from WUSA in October after working there since 2009. Previously, he worked at KFMB in San Diego and at WISN in Milwaukee.
