The Fox-owned station in Houston, KRIV, is launching a 30 minute show at 10pm.
The News Edge at 10 will air right before Fox 26 News Isiah Factor: Uncensored, a local news opinion show that is returning to Fox 26.
“This additional half hour of news allows us bring viewers’ perspectives into the issues affecting and taking place in our city and gives us an opportunity to expand our commitment to local news programming,” said Susan Schiller, vice president and news director.

Kaitlin Monte, who anchors the stations 5pm and 9pm shows with Jonathan Martin, will solo the 10pm.
The new lineup will begin August 21.
