Fox and Friends co-host Ainsley Earhardt took some time at the end of the Fox News Channel morning show yesterday to thank the man who helped her get her start.

Earhardt invited current WFMY GM Larry Audas , who was on vacation in New York, on set to talk about her early days in TV and her reservations about being put on the morning shift. Audas hired Earhardt straight out of college when he was news director at WLTX in Columbia, S.C.
