Andrew Scheinthal says he’s joining WSVN in Miami as a reporter.
“My time in Fort Myers has been wonderful, and I am forever grateful for everyone who made me feel at home over the past 3 years,” Scheinthal wrote on his Facebook page. “You have allowed me to share your stories and make a real difference in our community. Southwest Florida is a wonderful place, and I’m lucky I’ll only be a 2 hour drive away.”
Scheinthal worked at WVII in Bangor, Maine before joining WINK in Fort Myers, Fla. in 2014.
He says he starts at WSVN after the holidays.
