Former WSB anchor Jovita Moore has been posthumously inducted into the Atlanta Press Club Hall of Fame.

Moore had worked at the Atlanta ABC affiliate since 1998 until she died in October 2021, seven months after being diagnosed with glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer.

Last month, WSB and Cox Media Group renamed the WSB studio the Jovita Moore Memorial News Studio. Cox Media Group has also established a memorial scholarship fund and internship in her honor.
