Former WNCN reporter Nate Rodgers is joining Chasing News With Bill Spadea as the show’s newest reporter.
“Nate is a perfect fit for the Chasing team, as he is a competitive reporter who does a great job with breaking news and cultivating original stories,” said show executive Dianne Doctor.
The panel-driven show focuses on investigations and hot-button issues in New Jersey and the tri-state area.

Prior to his time in Raleigh, Rodgers was a reporter for WICD in Champaign, Ill. He began his career in journalism at WBBM in Chicago as an intern.
His first day is Feb. 5.
