Former WTSP-Ch. 10 news anchor Jennifer Howe was arrested Thursday, accused of ripping up her neighbor’s plants and harassing them because they testified in her child custody case, police said.
It was the second time this week Howe, 44, was arrested by St. Petersburg police in an incident involving neighbors.

Police said Howe’s ex-husband, former WTSP anchor M.W. “Pat” Minarcin, subpoenaed the testimony of his ex-wife’s neighbors in their child custody case. More…
