Frank Mallicoat is heading across the bay to join Fox-owned station KTVU as a weekend morning anchor.

Starting next Saturday, May 7, Mallicoat joins Claudine Wong and meteorologist Rosemary Orozco on Mornings on 2: Weekend.

He was replaced by Kenny Choi on the morning news on San Francisco CBS-owned station KPIX in February.
