Bryan Baker and Lynnsey Gardner are a husband and wife team of former local newsers, Baker was a reporter at Jacksonville’s CBS-Fox affiliate WJAX/WFOX, and Gardner was a morning anchor at the station. Gardner was one of the five anchors released by the station in a massive talent shift earlier this year, and Baker left the station in January.

Their new venture: biscuits. The Florida Times-Union reports the couple will open a restaurant, Maple Street Biscuit Company, in St. Augustine. “The food and atmosphere are unique,” Baker told the paper. “There’s a Southern family feel and I like how positive everyone is. That’s why I got out of news, it’s all negative.”
