Jasmine Minor has joined Indianapolis CW station WISH as an investigative reporter.

Minor joins WISH from Cincinnati ABC affiliate WCPO, which she left in April.

“Jasmine has a proven track record of Emmy-winning investigations and breaking news exclusives,” said WISH news director Al Carl. “Her passion for local news and community involvement fits perfectly with the WISH-TV brand and culture.”

Before working in Cincinnati, Minor was a reporter and anchor at WFTX in Ft. Myers, Fla. She’s also worked as an analyst for ESPN’s Division 1 College Tennis coverage.

“Home is where the heart is and that is exactly what Indy is to me,” Minor said. “I spent my summers riding my bike up and down the northeast side near 38th and Arlington before spending years competing at tennis tournaments at North Central High School, the very place where I took some of my first lessons. I’ve always loved the rich cultural history of the city and the natural pride that comes with living in Indianapolis. It is what makes me feel very blessed and proud to have the privilege of telling your stories.”
