Former Albany Anchor Starts New Career in Real Estate

Former TV news anchorwoman Tracy Egan has a new job selling real estate at Pinnacle Realty Saratoga in Saratoga Springs, N.Y.

Egan, a reporter and anchor for 14 years at WTEN-TV in Albany, is a familiar face to people in the region.

Prior to working at Channel 10, the ABC affiliate, Egan had similar roles at Channel 6, the CBS affiliate. She also previously worked at WABC-TV in New York City. Egan, 57, left WTEN-TV in 2008.

A native of Ballston Lake, Egan has previous real estate experience, including working with her late father, William W. Egan. She has also been owner/manager of Seven Furlong Farm for 20 years.
