Kind of like a scene in a summer smash hit teen movie, a car crashed into a pool owned by KRIV reporter John Donnelly, except the pool was too small for the car to take a meaningful plunge.
The FOX-owned Houston station reported on its website no one was hurt when “Reporter John Donnelly learned on Monday morning that a female somehow drove a car onto his Missouri City property and onto his back patio, landing over his swimming pool.”
KRIV also said its trying to “determine if any charges will be filed against” the female (our emphasis). The on-air report just said a teenager.
