KCCI-TV has hired Wes Callison as its new morning meteorologist. Callison now does the weekend weather at WWMT-TV in Grand Rapids/Kalamazoo, Mich.
Callison will start in late August after finishing his commitment to his current station, KCCI said. He’ll work the 5-7 a.m. weekday shift. He replaces Bryan Karrick, who left KCCI on July 1.

Callison, a St. Louis native, has a bachelors degree in meteorology from St. Louis University. More…
