KCNC morning anchor Britt Moreno says she’s leaving the Denver CBS-owned station after eight years.
Moreno made the announcement in a video she shared on social media. She first told viewers she and her husband were putting their house up for sale before revealing she was moving out of the area.
“Sadly, this is my last week at CBS4 as we are moving to be closer to our family,” she wrote on Facebook. “Thank you all for being so kind as to care about my family and me.”

Moreno started working at KCNC in 2013. She started her career at KSAZ in Phoenix. There’s no word where the Texas native is heading next.
