Molette Green has been named anchor of the WRC weekend morning news.
“HAPPY to share that I am now a permanent part of the #News4 Today Saturday and Sunday morning anchor team!!!” Green posted to Instagram. “So excited to work with fabulous and oh so fun meteorologist @laurynrickettsnbc and the smart and dapper @adam.tuss ( I call him a young Peter Jennings😀).”
Green joined WRC in 2012. She has worked as a morning anchor at Washington, D.C. station WJLA and also worked at WTTG. Prior to that, she worked at Cox Media Group’s Washington Bureau and spent time in radio at WHUR.
