Former WSB meteorologist David Chandley is joining Atlanta FOX owned station WAGA as chief meteorologist.
Starting today, Chandley will work on the 5:00, 6:00, 10:00 and 11:00 p.m. newscasts.
Chandley left WSB in July after saying his goal “has always been to be a chief meteorologist.”
On his move to WAGA, Chandley said, “It’s been my dream to be a chief meteorologist in this city and state I love so much. At 10 years old, I knew I wanted be on television, giving people the information they needed to know. I cannot wait to lead the FOX 5 Storm Team for many years to come. I am truly blessed.”
