Dallas Telemundo Station Adds 2 Video Journalists

Analía Fiestas (pictured right) and Andrea Aguirre Alvarado (left) have joined Dallas-Fort Worth Telemundo-owned station KXTX as video journalists.

Fiestas is already on-air and reporting during the weekdays. Alvarado will start the weekend shift on Wednesday, September 14.

“Analía and Andrea are passionate journalists who believe in delivering Spanish-language viewers enterprising and hard-hitting journalism,” said vp of News Sandra Thomas-Esquivel. “We welcome them to our award-winning news team and look forward to our viewers receiving their daily news reports and better serving our community with the quality journalism they deserve.”

Fiestas comes from Telemundo Station Group’s Miami bureau. Alvarado was a video journalist for Univision Dallas.
