KTVT traffic reporter Chelsey Davis is following her WFAA reporter husband Brandon Hamilton to Phoenix.
“Our newlywed traffic reporter Chelsey Davis is following her heart (and a new husband) back to Arizona,” Laurie Passman, news director for the Dallas CBS-owned station said in an email to staff as reported by Dallas media reporter Ed Bark. “Brandon was recently hired by a station in Phoenix, and naturally, Chelsey wants to be with him.”
Hamilton is going to work at TEGNA-owned Phoenix NBC affiliate KPNX. A KTVT spokesperson confirmed Davis’ last day will be Wednesday, Nov. 23.
