Dallas Reporter Returning to WVEC in Virginia

Philip Townsend is returning to Hampton Roads, Va., ABC affiliate WVEC.

Townsend comes from WFAA in Dallas, where he’d been a reporter since December 2014.

Dallas media blogger Uncle Barky reports Townsend will be the weekend anchor at WVEC.

Before joining WFAA, Townsend worked at WVEC. He worked at WHSV in Virginia before that.
