Washington-based Cowles Co. has announced plans to buy seven stations from Max Media of Montana Co., the Associated Press reports. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The Max Media Stations that will be sold are KULR in Billings, KTMF in Missoula and Kalispell, KWYB in Butte and Boseman, KFBB in Great Falls and KHBB in Helena.
The two companies expect to close the transaction by December 1. Watch a KFBB report on the sale after the jump.
