Details on just how many child pornography images former WBNS meteorologist Mike Davis had on his computer are coming out.

According to the Columbus Dispatch, the veteran weatherman, who worked at the CBS affiliate in Columbus, Ohio for more than three decades, is now accused of downloading close to 16,000 images over the last seven years.

Court documents show the pictures are of young girls exposing themselves or engaging in sexual acts with adults.

Davis was charged on Sept. 5, as TVSpy previously reported.

Pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor is a second-degree felony. It carries a sentence of up to eight years in prison.

Davis has since been fired from his job. The tip originally came in after investigators received a tip that someone was downloading porn using his email address.
