Couple Whose Proposal Was Caught in KMBC Liveshot Gets Married

The couple that gained national attention last month when their engagement was captured in the background of a KMBC liveshot has tied the knot.

Josh Mullins and Ashlee Baldwin are now married, according to KMBC, following weeks of news interviews and hundreds of thousands of YouTube views.

In August, Mullins proposed to Baldwin outside of Kansas City International Airport while KMBC’s Brenda Washington was doing a live report nearby. The ABC-affiliate spoke with Mullins this week about the wedding and all of the media attention that his proposal received (video here).
