Cincinnati ABC affiliate WCPO announced the addition of Chris Riva as co-anchor of “Good Morning Tri-State.”
“We conducted a national search for the right person, and Chris was the perfect fit for the team,” Jeff Brogan, WCPO VP and GM said in a statement. “He was born and raised here and understands the significance of this in telling a community story.”
Riva comes to WCPO from KCRA in Sacramento, CA. He has also worked in Denver, Green Bay, WI, and Dayton, OH.

He begins co-anchoring with Kathrine Nero on April 21.
