Joe Legge is leaving Chattanooga CBS affiliate WDEF to work in public relations for a local county commissioner.
He started his career in radio at the age of 14 before working at WHRT in Murfreesboro, Tennessee and started working at WDEF in 2011.
“My last day on air at News 12 will be January 17th,” he wrote on his Facebook page. “I appreciate the trust you’ve placed in me over the past 11 years to bring you stories and information that matters. I’ve met some amazing people who do amazing things in our community, and feel privileged to have been a part of sharing your adventures.”
