After 5 years as assistant news director at South Florida NBC station WTVJ, Chad Matthews is returning to New York and WABC.
Matthews spent 12 years at WABC, lastly as senior ep, before departing for Miami in 2012. He’ll be assistant news director at the flagship ABC station reporting to news director Camille Edwards.
He starts April 24.
