Ro Dooley Webster is going from CBS owned WBZ to ABC affiliate WCVB where she will be the director of programming and communications for the Hearst-owned station.
“With more than 25 years of leadership experience in local media, Ro’s expertise and relationships in the community are widely recognized and respected,” said WCVB president & GM Bill Fine. “As part of our talented management team, Ro will be an asset to advancing the stations’ leadership positions.”
Dooley Webster had been director of Communications and Public Affairs at WBZ since 2004. She previously worked at WHDH as director of Public Relations and at Boston’s WLVI and NECN.

She will also oversee programming and communications for WMUR in Manchester and two MeTV affiliate.
