Fresno sports anchor Brianna Mellon is leaving ABC owned station KFSN after three years.
Mellon joined the station in 2019. She said she is moving to Southern California to be closer to her family and thanked viewers in a goodbye tweet.
“It’s hard to put these past three years into words,” she wrote. “This town is one-of-a-kind and I took so much pride in being able to share the amazing stories of this sports community. The Valley produces superstars and I can’t wait to see who shines next.”

She started her television career at KEYT before graduating from the University of Santa Barbara. She then went to work at KFDA in Amarillo, Texas before joining WOWT in Omaha, Nebraska.
