Fox 25, which has sent several personalities packing recently, tried to woo back popular morning show traffic reporter Doug Meehan, but he turned them down.
Meehan left the station in March after WFXT-TV (Ch. 25) executives decided not to renew his contract. But we’re told they reached out to the former “SkyFox” chopper reporter at the end of August. The station wanted to hire Meehan back with a 30 percent pay cut and lock him into a two-year contract.
