WCVB morning anchor Randy Price posted a couple of gruesome photos of him in the hospital on his Facebook page this weekend.

Price said he got into a bicycle accident in New Hampshire over the weekend which left him with a bloodied face, some stitches and a minor concussion.

“I am tremendously thankful for my neighbors, my husband, Mark [Steffen], friends, paramedics with American Ambulance and the great emergency room team at Portsmouth Hospital,” Price posted to Facebook Saturday evening.

Price said he’ll be back to work, but it’s unclear when.

He did leave his fellow cyclists with some words of wisdom: “Wear your helmets.”
