Barry Nolan Loses Suit vs. Comcast

Former “Backstage” host Barry Nolan–sacked for lashing out over a local award given to Fox News big wig Bill O’Reilly–has lost his $1.2 million lawsuit against CN8 and Comcast.

In a written decision yesterday, U.S. District Court Judge Rya Zobel said Nolan’s agreement with Comcast allowed the company to fire him “without notice, for any reason, or no reason at all.”
