Natalie McCann has been named traffic anchor and co-anchor of Good Day Atlanta.
McCann will co-anchor and do weekday morning traffic for the Fox-owned Atlanta station’s 4:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. newscast, joining Sharon Lawson, Buck Lanford, Alyse Eady, Ron Gant and Joanne Feldman.
She has recently been working as the fill-in traffic anchor for the station’s morning and noon newscasts.
“Our Good Day Atlanta viewers already know Natalie well, thanks to her work as a reporter for our morning newscasts,” said WAGA vice president and news director Scott Stucky. “We’re excited to see her move into her new role as part of Atlanta’s leading morning news team.”
McCann started working at WAGA in 2016 as an MMJ.
