Annalisa Burgos to Anchor Weekends For Gray’s Stations in Hawaii

Gray Television’s Honolulu stations KGMB and KHNL have hired Annalisa Burgos as weekend anchor and reporter.

Burgos, who teaches news reporting at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, most recently worked at Honolulu ABC affiliate KITV.

Before joining the CBS and NBC affiliates, she was a news anchor and managing editor at ABS-CBN News Channel, an international cable network based in the Philippines and broadcast worldwide as The Filipino Channel. Before that, she was an anchor and correspondent for Channel NewsAsia, a regional cable network based in Singapore.

Burgos started her career as a newspaper reporter and has also worked as an anchor, reporter and digital editor for companies like Forbes, CNBC, HGTV, and Bloomberg.
