Anchor Whitney Ward Says Goodbye to KEPR

By Merrill Knox

After two years at KEPR, Whitney Ward is saying goodbye to the CBS affiliate in Pasco, Wash.

Ward, who anchors the 5, 6 and 11 p.m. newscasts alongside Terry Chick, is leaving for a job in Spokane. She will sign off from KEPR at the end of this week.

KEPR says Ward’s spot at the anchor desk will be filled by Annie Andrews, who joins the station from KHGI-KWNB in Grand Island, Neb., where she is weekend anchor and reporter.
