Morning reporter Whitney Wetzel is also leaving the station, she will be an evening anchor for WCHS in Charleston, West Virginia.
Wetzel told TVSpy, she will anchor the 5:30 p.m. show on ABC affiliate WCHS and the 10:00 p.m. show on FOX affiliate WVAH, starting Monday, February 23. Her last day at WKYT will be Sunday, February 22.
She started at WKYT in 2013 as a weekday morning reporter and was named weekend morning anchor six months later.
