Albuquerque station, KOB, says an intruder caused a newscast delay over the weekend.

We apologize for the delay, but a story that happened at KOB caused us to delay the newscast.

Just before 10 p.m., a man started pounding on the front door of the station, those of us at the station called the police but the man gained access to the lot behind the station.
The man started pounding on the back door of the station and screaming at employees. The door he was pounding on was glass and shuddered as he hit it.
The Albuquerque Police Department took the man into custody.
