Longtime Atlanta anchor Amanda Davis is scheduled to talk openly for the first time about her struggles with alcohol.
The Atlanta Journal Constitution reports Amanda Davis: In Her Own Words is set to air tomorrow night at 11 p.m. on Meredith-owned CBS affiliate WGCL. That’s the promo for the segment above.

Davis has had at least three alcohol-related brushes with the law. In February, she was sentenced to a year of probation and 40 hours of community service for a DUI arrest last June which came just before she was scheduled to appear on her new station WGCL.
Davis left Fox-owned station WAGA in April 2013 after 26 years there.
