After 4 Years, WIVB Reporter Says Goodbye to Buffalo Winters

WIVB reporter Jenn Schanz is saying goodbye to the cold winters in Buffalo, N.Y.

It’s been almost four years since she joined the Nexstar station.

“Buffalo will always have a piece of (my) heart,” wrote Schanz on social media. “Even with these winters, this is one of the warmest places I know.”

She joined the station in 2015 after working as a reporter at KLKN in Lincoln, Neb. She is engaged to be married, according to Buffalo News.

Schanz didn’t say if she would be joining another station. Her last day was Thursday.
