After Almost 20 Years, KSTP Reporter Jessica Miles Leaving Business to Focus on New Venture With Husband

KSTP reporter Jessica Miles told viewers on Monday she’s leaving the Minneapolis ABC station to spend more time with her family.

“After nearly 19 years, I’ve made the very difficult decision to leave my position here at 5 Eyewitness News,” she said.

Miles, who has three kids, also said she wants to focus on the new business she launched with her husband.

Before joining KSTP in 2003, she was a morning anchor and reporter at WAOW in Wausau, Wisc. She then moved to KRDO in Colorado Springs, where she worked as a weekend anchor and reporter.
