Yahoo & ABC Expand Video Content Deal

Yahoo “is the most popular news site on the Internet,” THR notes, and ABC News is now its “premiere video content partner.”

The companies are expanding their current deal by doubling the amount of content that ABC contributes to Yahoo! News, “including clips of breaking news stories as well as additional features and interviews like video segments from Good Morning America and 20/20.”

Yahoo News GM Neil Budde says his colleagues will be in greater communication with ABC’s newsroom. Here’s the press release…
