WSJ: We Reported CNN’s ‘Breaking News’ a Year Ago

CNN reported the breaking news with Justice correspondent Evan Perez on The Situation Room: “a preliminary assessment by U.S. intelligence agencies suggested it was likely someone in the cockpit deliberately directed the MH370’s movements to go off course before the Malaysian airliner disappeared.”

The report surprised Jon Ostrower, an aerospace and Boeing beat reporter at The Wall Street Journal, who used Twitter to tell CNN he reported that the investigation was focused on sabotage from a person or persons onboard the aircraft–a year ago:

CNN’s Barbara Starr, however, did report the same information in March of last year. The new reporting focuses on an intelligence report:
