This morning, BBC World News launched World News Today, a new program “created specifically with the U.S. breakfast audiences in mind.” (How so? By being “fast-moving” and introducing a spiffy new set, apparently.)
“The introduction of the first World News Today programme, is part of the channel’s plan to establish regular, branded, hour-long news programmes throughout the day to ensure BBC World News delivers tailored news programming during key breakfast and evening peak times across all time zones,” the press release says…
